Davos Estates was founded in 2020 with a simple conviction: the world's most important week deserves accommodation that is handled with precision, discretion and genuine local care.
Our story
What began in 2020 as a handful of apartments has grown into a curated portfolio of premium homes, chalets, and corporate venues across Davos. Today, we leverage years of direct local expertise to host a high-caliber clientele—including top corporate executives, high-ranking government officials, and prominent private individuals during the World Economic Forum in January.
Unlike traditional brokers, we operate directly on-site and manage our spaces firsthand. Every year, we work directly with local property owners to prepare and present venues that meet the standards of the most demanding guests.
We are based in Davos and we live the week ourselves. That constant local presence and deep operational know-how are what allow us to move quickly, solve logistical problems before they reach our guests, and strictly protect the privacy of everyone we host.
